Visitors after delivery...

When my husband and I had our son 2.5 years ago we liked that we had no visitors after we had him. We were stationed away from family and they all came to visit after baby was born and we were settled into parenthood. Now my husnand is out of the army, and we live near family and we like the idea of no visitors besides our son... My family won't listen to me if I was to just say no visitors and show up anyways. Is there a way to restrict them from coming?

Just tell the nurses that you don't want no visitors the time that you are there.

Yes you can tell the nurses that no one is allowed in until you're ready, they'll say that it's mandatory mommy and baby time
