Vitimans for my unborn baby...

hey I'm here in Taiwan and from US. My wife is pregnant and its hard ti find the right vitimans here. I found Centrum New Prenatal with Iron(Ferrous Fumarate) 60mg, B6(Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 10mg and Folic Acid 1mg. Is this enough or what else should I try and fine......first child need help to make sure its going to be health...Thank you

I'm taking the centrum ones.   I took them to the dr and he said they were good.  It's the best one that was available to me so thats the one I go with.

The brand called one a day prenatal is a great vitamin to get. It has thirty capsels in one bottle and the cover of it is a bright pink. Try to find that if possible. And congrats with the first born and good luck to you two. Im sure you will be a great father seeing as how you went through the troubles of posting this. :)

Try to find a one a day prenatal vitamin that has the basic vitamins for a healthy baby which includes vitamin A, C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, VitaminB6, Folic Acid, Calcium, IRON, And Zinc. But most one a day prenatals have all of these vitamins so its not to hard to find a good one. :)
