After how long after giving birth can i start using a waist trainer??

With both of my previous kids I used a girdle right after I had them maybe 2 days later! It helps everything to go back into place! So after I have my son I'm going to use a waist trainer

I started my trainer a few days after vaginal birth. My dr said it was fine. Im not sure what size I will be this time so luckily I have plenty of inventory left from my store! :-)

Their are a lot of different waist trainers but the purpose of them are to help you get back in shape! :)

Depending on how you have your baby vaginally and c section you most definitely need to ask your docotor if that is safe and the pros and cons of the waist trainer and when you can start using  it after the baby
