Waters have broken!

Waters broke randomly at 3.30pm it's now 9pm and still waiting for regular painful contractions! Hopefully they'll come soon ! Scared excited nervous!

They have to deliver baby with 24 hours after the water had broken. So if no contractions start I would really call your doctor again. I have always heard to go straight to the hospital.

Nope nothing !! Had a few loose bowl movements over the last few days but that's it I'm 38 weeks 3 days FTM

Did you have any symptoms before your waters breaking?  Sick or anything! ?

I live in New Zealand and they won't take u in hospital until contractions are really Close together or if I need help progressing

Oh my doctor told me that if my water breaks to go right in.

Nope midwife said I need to stay home until contractions are 5 min apart or if they haven't started 18 hrs after waters broke.
