My doctor said no more than 20lbs.. but idk. You'd have to ask your doctor.
My dr said not to lift anything heavier then you would have prior to pregnancy but i still ripped all of my pelvis muscles lifting my son and he's about 12kg, about 25lbs I think.
U should be fine as long as ur not lifting the heavy stuff like u said. I lift my pumpkin multiple times a day and she is 40 lbs I dont feel strained at all from it
