Ways to kick start labor?

Anyone got any tips on how to kick start labor? Doc said I could go any day now and I'm ready. 3cm+70% effaced, I have 9 days to go.

Do you mean Leg lifts where u lie on my side and raise my leg straight up towards my head?? Lol im willing to try anything. ...

I laid on the floor and did leg lifts with my first child. It worked the right muscles cuz I went into labor just a hour after that

:-/ no go on the sex yet. We did about an hour ago. I'm really hoping that I can go into labor on my own and not have to be induced again.

Nipple stimulation did it for me last month. Also when they would come on I would take a hot shower which made them more intense. I know its suppose to make them feel better but it was opposite for me.

Bounce on an exercise ball! I had to do that with my second son when I was n labor bc I wasn't dilating . and walk , a bunch

My cervix is almost all the way softened its the dilation I need help with lol. I'm one cm from being put in the hospital to have him lol. (They will keep you if your at 4)

Midwife told me to walk, rest, drink lots of water, and after sex put a towel under your bum and stay in bed for 45 minutes so his stuff can do it's job!

My partner induced me himself.
Sorry this is going to sound disjusting, but my husband hooked his fingers around my plug and pulled it out. I went into labour straiggr after. X

My doctor told me lots of sex lol. Sperm softens the cervix and orgasms trigger contractions :-)
