I am 10w with my first. I was working as a personal trainer, eating super healthy and working out 5 days a week. Ever since I fell pregnant I hadnt been to the gym and have been eating all the foods I never would and wanting to sleep all day everyday. I have put on about 2kg but I am worried my weight gain is too rapid for what it should be because of these new habits. Will this pass?? Will I go back to how I was in a few weeks ?
