I didn't really have any signs until a few days before taking a HPT (which I took one day before the day I expected my period). The only real sign I had at that point was strange, mild cramping that was different than my usual cramping... and REALLY sore breasts for about 2 days. I really didn't "feel" pregnant until the start of week 6....

EveryOne is different! Some might not even get any type of sign.....but for me It was around 7DPO. But every pregnancy is different as well......
