Is it ok to travel in Flight and Train on 6 weeks of Pregnancy ?

Greetings !

I am planning to travel to GOA next week in Flight and Train and as of today im 6 weeks pregnant. Is it advisable to travel ? Kindly probide suggestions. Thanks in advance.
