No problem and NO  don't double up on your prenatals! you can still OD from too much vitamins as weird as that sounds it's possible. I know I am fairly new here and I'm really starting to like the support!!! Good luck and keep me posted!!!!

First of all I am so sorry for ur loss. I too have just micarried and and trying once more. I had pretty much the same thing happen to me. I suggest u eat a lot of food high in iron pork, beans (kidney, pinto, Black eyed peas) Tomatoes have iron also. Go ahead and google iron rich recepies I make a three can chili for my daughter who was iron difficient for a while and it helped. it includes a can of corn can of diced tomatoes, i can of beans, and add some ground beef. I also added a vegetable mix (carrots, green beans, potatoes) and diced onions! It was delicious but better yet it helped her Iron level. Continue with ur prenatals ang GOOD LUCK. I wish u the best and keep us posted!!
