What do i do next?

Okay so here is the deal... My husband and I have been trying to get pregant for a while now... We have given up and just figured it will happen when it happends.  I have had one misscarriage (sp) almost 3 years ago.  I was informed that I will need a Rohgam shot when I concieve again.  In February 2010 my husband and i were intament when i was ovulating.  I took 2 pregancy tests when i was 3 days late(monday and wednesday morning) and they were positive, the line was faint but my family seen them.  So I went to the doctor's office to have my blood drawn (thursday) to make sure that my levels were the way that they were supposed to be.  I started spotting later that day and it wasnt enough to wear a pad but it was enough when i went to the bathroom for it to be on the toliet paper.  I started the next day (friday) and it was heavy.. so i assumed that i just started my period late and my test results said that I was not pregant.  Usually my peroids are about 5 days from start to finish.  And i had this period for a day and a half.  And I know that it is going to sound gross but it was slimmy almost like when i was pregant before.  And my mom said that it is probably the linning or somthing like that, that I probably am pregant and that it was the discharge that woman get.
I dont know what to think anymore.  I still have all the symptoms of being pregant but morning sickness isn't as bad now as it was when i took the test.  WHAT DO I THINK?  WHAT DO I DO??? ANY ADVICE?  did i get my blood drawn at the wrong time because i started spotting the same day?

I would agree with spade especially because I have had 2 chemical pregnancies before.
Even if the egg is fertilized if it does not latch on correctly or at all, you will go on to get your period, usually late by a few days.

At this point the best thing to do is go to your doc, as soon as you can and request a blood test to see if their is hcg in your system.

It sounds like you might have had a chemical pregnancy.  This is when a women suffers a very early miscarriage (usually around the time her period is due).

Bleeding during pregnancy is not common and heavy bleeding is not usually a good sign.  If you had an early miscarriage, a blood test likely would not detect pregnancy.

In your case, I would suggest you go back to the doctor and ask for a 2nd blood test to find what with 100% certainly what is going on.
