What does this mean??

Okay, i still haven't gotten my ultrasound results, but im having some weird things going on. Now, i am not looking to be pregnant, but i want to know so that i don't end up on TLC saying i didn't know. So i have compiled a list of symptoms that I an having, and I would like to know what you ladies are thinking:
1.Missing periods (only had 2 in the past 6 months)
2.Abdominal pain (mostly the right side)
3.Head aches
4.Excessive thirst
5.Sweating in my sleep
6.Insomnia
7.Fatigue (I don't get much sleep)
8.Bloating
9.Nausea
10.cravings/increased appetite
11.Frequent urination
12.Constantly blowing my nose..lol
13.Change in libido ( I always want sex,too young right, I know)
********Please if you have any information on what these symptoms could mean, i.e stress, dehydration, pregnancy, Flu, etc. please help me out. keep in mind that all of these things have been happening for more then 3 months, which should make pregnancy highly unlikely seeing as how I would have to be like 5 months, because my fiance' and I have not seen each other since august (military). So I think that if I were that far along I would have to know, right??

It could be a cyst, could be appendicitis, could be a fibroid (which often gives women pregnancy symptoms), you could have a hormonal imbalance, etc.

Dealing with a cyst- usually they resolve on their own. Some burst.

If I had an ovarian cyst, would it cause all of that, and how easy is it to deal with?

I don't think you're pregnant.  I'd wonder if you might have an ovarian cyst.
