What in the world is going on?

All right, so I apologize in advance if there is a little TMI in this post... but this is what I have going on... I've had very irregular cycles the past few years, the Dr.'s all say No big deal. I just recently got out of a long sex-less relationship and have fallen madly in love with an old flame of mine. I moved in with him at the begining of July. I had a period at the begining of June and then surprisingly enough I had one at the begining of this month but it was much different from any period I had in the past- I spotted for like, 5 days before I had a normal flow. Then I had a normal flow for 7 days- 12 days all told. It ended the 12th. So we've been careful as can be as I'm not on anything and we don't use anything. Good ol coitus interuptus right? So this past Friday- the 25th- I noticed I was spotting brown blood. I couldn't believe it, it had barely been two weeks. I've continued to have very light spotting, only when I wipe for the most part.... Everything I read of course is telling me it could be implantation bleeding.... I don't have any other symptoms but it would be very early. I can never tell when I'm ovulating because I have no guideline for the length of my cycle... Any ideas? Anyone else had implantation bleeding? Or other explanation? I've never ever spotted between cycles, regular or not, so I have no idea whats going on. Any reply is appreciated. Thanks!

I know it's rare (I'veread every Google article on the face of the ... internet... about it I think) but this is just so odd for me... And I'm so impatient.... Ugh.

Implantation bleeding isn't very common and definitely doesn't happen for every woman. Some women do have mid-cycle bleeding during ovulation, too, so don't automatically think, "I'm pregnant!"

You can take a test in two weeks.
