My doctor told me that you tell the flight attendant and they will usually reroute the plane to the nearest airport so you can go to the hospital.
Why would you want to even take that chance? I would be to afraid to. My hubbys brother lives in nabraksa and his graduation is on the 11th of may and he wants us to fly up there for it, but my due date is on the 26th of may and I don't want to risk it. So we're not going.
If it breaks with no contractions then i would personally wait until flights over. 2-3 hours isnt very long. If you have contractions along with water breaking, then definitely let someone know. Luckily water breaking isnt super common before labor starts.
I mean ill definitely tell a flight attendant I meant I wouldn't want to make a scene in the airplane , my doctor said I could flight till 37 weeks . Ill be flying with my hubby not like it would make a difference but his mom is picking us up she's a nurse / doula said ill be fine but idk
If ur water brakes on a flight I wud deff let a flight attendent knw so she can check if any other passengers r on flight I'm sorry but y I. The world wud u keep it on down low if ur water breaks doesn't seam to safe to me
I would ask your doctor if its even ok to go. My doctor told me not to go further than 1 hour from the hospital after 34 weeks..
So if it breaks can I keep it on the download and just rush to the hospital once I get to my destination ??
