What to pack in the diaper bag

This is not the baby's hospital bag but the diaper bag. It seems like something you shouldknow what to put in it but here is what I packed.

Diapers
Wipes
2 receiving blankets
1 soft blanket
2 sleepers
Pants
Onesie

I am normally an overpacker so I wasnt sure what to put and how much of eveything to pack.

What I have in mine is

6 diapers
wipes
diaper rash cream
3 receiving blankets
2 burp rags
2 washcloths
2 onsies
a sleeper
an outfit
binky
nail clippers, comb, brush

When I was in the hospital I didn't use anything in my diaper bag. I used what the hospital provided.

nasal aspirator
nail clippers-good for clipping nails while baby sleeps in the carseat or has a hang nail while out
toys (when a little older)
extra burp clothes
1 pr socks
changing pad
extra pacifier if you use them
