When should I take a test?

I don't know if this is in the right forum, I'm sorry if it's not. I'm 22 years old. On Sunday (July 15th) morning I thought I began my period. It was due on the 17th and my periods are usually off by a day or two and they usually last 3-7 days and I get cramps on the first, second and last day. Today is [technically] Thursday (July 19th) and I've been spotting since Sunday night. (Since Sunday I've only had to change my pad once due to blood, I'm just keeping one on just in case). I'm still getting cramps, but they only last about ten minutes and they're not that bad. The spotting is a light pinkish color. Sometimes when I wipe there's a light pink color (almost like a light period) and sometimes there's nothing. Other times, there's nothing when I wipe but a pink tinge in the toilet. I'm also experiencing headaches, mild heartburn, fatigue and slight nausea. The last time I had unprotected sex was on July 2nd (I also had unprotected sex June 29th,June 30th and July 1st). I don't know if this interruption is due to stress and causing my period to be wacky or if it can be implantation bleeding. When should I take a test? Thank you for your help.

Implantation bleeding is usually brown not pink and it usually doesn't last that long. You wouldn't need a pad for it. I tested positive a few days after implant. Test now and test again in a week some times just seeing a neg test will bring on your period. I think its stress not pregnancy but no will know for sure unless you take a test or see your doctor because everyone is different.
