Why do I wake at the same time?

Every morning I wake at the same time no matter what time I went to bed...is there a reason behind this? I never ever could wake up lile this before I would sleep in. Now I wake up at 6 every morning no matter what time I went to sleep 9-3. Got a clue anyone?

I wake up every 3 hours to use the restroom...some people say that the time u wake up is the time ur baby will be waking up

I use to sleep in till noon or 1 but now i wake up at 3am, 6am and 8am and then im up for the day... its been like this since i got pregnan.  I bbelieve its natures way of preparing us for when baby aarrives.

I was the exact same way from 6 to 13 weeks, then it subsided and i wake up around 8:30. I'm 17 weeks now and back to waking up at 6 lol I have no idea why. It could be because I have to pee, I've also noticed my baby kicks like crazy in the morning so maybe it's natures way of preparing me for having an early riser when I used to sleep until noon.
