Hello, may I ask where your massage practice is located?
Thanks for your replays girls, ill google it and ill watch out for clary sage in my products too I use the oils on my elbows and forearms aswell as my hands but I'm not sure wether that makes much difference really.
Clary sage is a big no no, it can start contractions although I dont know if it would affect you if its just on your hands. You can probably still work, you may just need to find some alternatives.
Google "essential oils pregnancy" there's a few that you need to stay away from.
Thanks for your reply! I'm going to get down to the docters.
Talk to your doctor. I can't believe essential oils used in massage would harm the baby. The pains you are feeling are probably from the physical workout of giving a massage, not from the oils. The nausea might just be from their scent, not because it is harming the fetus. Talk to the doctor and give him or her a complete list of the oils.
