Workout's during pregnacy..

Do any of you ladies still work out? If so when ? I work 8-6 by the time I get home, I have no strength to do anything.  Will you get your pre-pregnacy body back? Im just curious all my clothes are size 3 & they no longer fit. What kind of excersices do you do to stay fit.

Okay thank you I used to workout but I stopped since I found out I was pregnant. I have a tredmill so I can start doing that. Got it no ab wrkouts and my arms are becoming loose so I will start my reps again of course some 2lbs lol Thank you for responding (:

I have during my entire pregnancy. Believe me, you only get more tired too so its important to start now! I have always worked out tons, my doctor told me you can do a lot of the same things when it comes to working out that you did prepregnancy. I ran a 3 miles every other day up until I hit 35 weeks and the pressure was starting to hurt more. Push ups, arm work outs, bridging, water aerobics, jogging, walking, hiking are all good! The only things to avoid are ab work outs and twisting to much. Your body creates relaxitin during pregnancy so your tendons and ligaments become really relaxed and you can easily pull/twist things, so be careful!
