Wow, we're moving !!!
So my mother decided to move to Columbia, SC . People there told her since I was pregnant, I may be able to get a section 8 voucher. Anyone live in the area and knows how this works or had experience? Please someone lol .. anyone ..
My mother did the same exact thing. I'll just apply and see what happens :) hopefully it isn't a long wait.
Yeah. My sister applied for it here many years ago and ended moving to oh and got it there after only a year of applying.
Not sure how it is in sc but in nc where I live there's like a 4 year waiting list for section 8. It's worth a try though. You can just give sc social services a call and ask about it.
