Any ways to release back pain ? I feel horrible cant get comfortable in any way !
I use a heating pad... it helps a lot... but if you have someone willing to give your back a rub I'm sure that will help also
Try some Tylenol pm. Warm bath. Maybe buy a heating pad to lay in. How these ideas help!
