a Pepsi a day keeps my stress away

Hello ladies i have a serious Pepsi addition every since i was 17 i could drink 4 cans of Pepsi a day and still maintain a great figure since my pregnancy i have cut back to one a day it's a big stress reliever for me but could it cause issues with my pregnancy I'm already in my third trimester

I drink 3-4 cans of Dr. Pepper a day. If I don't have a can shortly after waking up I get dizzy and a lite headache. I try to cut it down to 2 cans a day but some days if i have a lot of stress i can't help but to have more. My baby is measuring perfect.

My sister has drank Pepsi through all of her pregnancy's. At least 3 a day. And all 4 or her kids are healthy and smart. I drink Pepsi. It helps my stress and anxiety for some odd reason. But my doctor say my baby is healthy. I'm 26w 2d

All i do is drink pepsi... i tried to drink water but doesnt do the same lol :)

Your baby will be fine. One pepsi a day isnt going to hurt it. I drink a lot more caffeine and my babies have noth been healthy and this one is growing just fine as well.

So have i lol, thats all i can drink without feeling sick the min i wake up ive gotta have a glass otherwise i get morning sickness but that seems to keep it away gotta love pepsi lol xx

Pepsi has caffeine so I wouldn't recommend it too much but as long as your not eating other stuff with caffeine like chocolate or coffee you should be fine I dont think one can has enough to do any harm :)
