To my horror
I took my second test this morning and got a BFN?! I also had spotting when I wiped. I'm so upset right now. I just had 2 incredible happy days thinking I was pregnant and now what? If I'm spotting and got a negative then will I miscarry? Should I keep my doc appt for Tuesday? I don't want to go in and say oh ya I had a positive then got my period and look dumb!
I am so sorry. The chemical pregnancy seems to be more and more common among women that are trying to get pregnant. I have had it happen to me twice! I am so sorry. Don't give up!
It does stink i agree!!! I too thought i was pregnanat and my period came full force last Saturday. Let's just say i was so upset i didn't want to get out of bed at all that day. Try to keep your chin up and keep trying...
I was late with AF this month by about 4 days when I got that BFP. Sometimes I have longer cycles though so I could have miscalculated. I dunno. Right now I'm getting brown spotting though so I'm pretty sure AF will come now. This just plain *****.
This happened to me once. I tested early and got a clear positive...called the doctor made my first appt. I took several tests that all came out positive with different brands.. but I noticed that the more I took the more the line faded with each day... I called my doctor he said you are fine.... but I kept taking test...until the line wasn't even there anymore. Then I got bad cramps and my period came..my doctor said it was a Chemical pregnancy.
Its common to get a positve before your period comes,then for af to show few days later,sometimes the egg dont stay,has problems,im really sorry.this is why they say test after af is due.keep your doc appointment let them do there own tests.
How long has AF been delayed? i've read on some posts what your experiencing with the spotting is normal during the first few weeks of pregnancy, i would test again over the weekend if AF still hasn't arrived and keep the appointment, you can cancel the appointment on monday if AF arrives. I am so sorry you are going though this i just hope it is a BFP
