A heating pad helps me I use it on the lowest setting nd my doc said this was ok as long as its not for a long period if time it only offers temporary relief but when u start to hurt again just put it back on in 30 min increments
Thankyou alll sooooo much! I'll definitely look into those pregnancy pillows. Thankyou (:
Use of pillows when sleeping are great, I have a pregnancy pillow and it always makes me much more comfortable. You could also try sleeping propped up with a pillow under your knees. Typically if you bend your knees up it will relieve pressure on your back. There are also pregnancy bands which can help support your baby belly.
Try prenatal yoga. I'm a big fan since I've had little to no back pain so far, and I actually have two healing herniated discs in there. Strengthens and stretches the important muscles in a way that is safe during pregnancy.
You can also get a body or pregnancy pillow, a heating pad can sometimes help, warm(not hot) baths.
Unfortunately if its just general aches and pains all u can take is Tylenol.
