advice?

I don't have medical but I need to make a prenatal appointment, I'm 5 1/2 weeks pregnant. Can I just walk in and sign up for insurance at the clinic?
I'm not sure how to sign up for insurance myself because I'm unemployed, just a college student. I live with my boyfriend and he works but we aren't married. Advice?
I feel stupid to ask the place if I can sign up for insurance there. Not sure if that's even possible?
Thanks

Planned parenthood should have advice or resources or if you apply for WIC you can talk to them about what good insurance would be, my WIC place helped me get an appointment and now I'm on Molina
