You should be able to get the list and the timing from your ob-gyn, and/or from the baby's pediatrician.  Time to start pediatrician shopping!  (Had you realized that? lol)

The Centers for Disease Control also put out a vaccination schedule.  http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/easy-to-read/child.html

I had the time, so took my son in for each vaccine separately.  I wanted to know if he reacted to anything, and thought that if he did and they were bunched, I wouldn't know what had caused it.  That did make a lotta lotta trips to the pediatrician, though.  (And wouldn't you know it, he never did have any kind of reaction, not even being fussy for a day.)

Hi there.  Congrats on almost being done and having your wonderful new baby to hold.  They do give one vaccination in the hospital.  Hepatitis B.  That's an important one.  Our ob/gyn gave it to my sons.  Then they got vaccinations at 2 months.  Good luck!!
