after you get home for new mommy!
What are the things I need for me after I get home? I know I need pads any other suggestions?
The witch hazel pads are for ur perineum which may tear or have to be cut in which case ull have stitches u have to care for for awhile even if u dont have a wound ull be sore for awhile
Witch hazel pads can be bought at wal mart and most drug stores.. in a little plastic jar. They are little round pads that are soaked in with hazel which you place on your regualr pads to help relieve some pain. Putting them in the fridge helps even more because they are cold.
I bought Breast pads they were a must. I used night time pads. Also I bought a couple nursing tank tops. They were awesome that way I didn't have to completely take off my shirt or deal with annoying bras. They were awesome
