almost fainting

This has happened a few times to me. The first time in the shower. I start to get really dizzy, woozy feeling. Then my vision starts to turn black and I get extremely weak. I was able to sit myself down before I fell and finished my shower from the floor! Today it happened in a long line at the store, I was waiting about 10 minutes in line and I started getting woozy and weak and my vision started to black out. I made it to a chair and fanned myself for a few minutes and it took a while to go away. Is this normal?  I've heard of the dizziness being common, but my vision really starts to turn black and I get light headed. Both times I have had plenty of fluids and protien in my system so its not that. I just had a check up and everything was fine with me and baby so Im just wondering what this could be? Im 16weeks and 3 days. Thanks for reading!

Something like that happened to me and I was at risk of being dehydrated, so I went to the doc then to ER and they administered fluids.

It has happened to me too when I was doing dishes. I still have no reason why I just associated it with all the pregnancy changes with pumping more blood and such. I would definitely tell your doctor about it though especially since it has happened more often.

I had that the beginning of my pregnancy. But not the black out part. I would talk to your doctor about that and che xd to see if its your blood pressure. Hope you feel better soon hun Take it easy
