alot of mucus?

Hi! Does anyone know what alot of mucus down there is caused from? My midwife said i have alot and that i cant have sex. Any ideas?

Well I know that during pregnancy women tend to produce a lot more mucus and discharge. I am not sure if that is what is going on in your case or not but it is a possibility!
