My prenatal have everything But omega 3 when do I start taking it? I'm 18 weeks. I always forget to ask my doctor because they always say She's healthy
Now. Or my prenatal is a gummy and it has DHA already in it. Its called Vitafusion.
You can start now but I try to get other vitamins through food rather than the pills. Like for omega 3 I eat eggs and tuna and baked salmon. I even had fried tilapia lol.
