am I pregnant?
I've been experiencing nauseousness and headache nices last week Thursday i can't eat or drink anything 2days ago I've been having weird upper abdominal pains from the ribs to the middle of the stomach. Painkillers dnt help the pains and headaches but they only make me sleepy. My question is could these be the symptoms of pregnancy? Help I'm scared!
