I missed my period.i conducted two pregnancy test after 10days of missed period but both are negative.my sensitivity of pregnancy hcg test is 25mIU.am i pregnant or not?i am totally confused please help me soon

i am 14 days late now, i have done a pregnancy test's and still negative i have been to the doctor and said i have to go back in 2 weeks, not sure whats going on. just seems odd, i have recently been for a scan to check my overies and womb all seems good, so i can rule out anything being wrong with that,

Honestly you could still be pregnant because I know some women who can't get a positive hpt until they are over 2 weeks late for their period. You also could've ovulated late in your cycle therefore making your cycle longer. See your cycle is broken into phases the first phase (follicular) is from your first day your period starts until ovulation and the second phase (luteal) is from ovulation until your period starts. Now you luteal phase is always the same. It sometimes varies by one day but not much. So round-a-bout normal luteal phase is 14 days. So this number never changes, but what can change is the follicular phase. So you could've ovulated really late therefore making yoru cycle late. The only way to know for sure is to call your doc and get betas taken to test the levels of hcg in your system! GL!

I would say its a accurate result. And would agree that you are not pregnant. If u still feel u may be, wait a few days and re-test again.

Hmm were they cheap or expired? I had 2 false positives last month from the family dollar brand urine tests(which is highly rare) and I in fact was not pregnant. I personally do not think they are very accurate. And secondly missed period can be due to age,stress and lots of other factors. Geta doc appt tell them what's going on, they will do blood and u will know for sure, are u positive on u LMP dates? Good luck
