what could it mean when i got bad head aches,tender breast, stomach pains, i missed my period by two days and then i started spotting brownish blood and then it stopped the next day and its just on and off?
If you have been sexually active, especially during your ovulation time (usually around 4 weeks after the first day of your period) then it could be symptoms of pregnancy. Although some women have late periods due to stress/sickness/weight loss etc. If you think its pregnancy take an HPT, if you are already late for your period you are able to take a test!!
