Am Ip pregnant?

Hi, im 18 and been on a contraceptive pill for a year and a half. For about the last month i have been needing to urinate alot more than usual, had more vaginal discharge than i usually have, got sore breasts and been feeling generally ill on and off. Is there a chance i could be pregnant?
I went straight on to my next packet of pills as i was away and didnt want to have a period so i wouldnt know if i missed it or not.
Please help.

Thanks.

if your not using condoms then you run a risk. but everything your feeling can be from the pill
