If your a few wks pregnant should you be showing any symtoms?

theres a possibility i may be pregnant as i took a test and its showing a very very faint line barely visable but due to some research of this it looks like no matter how faint it is its a positive... im gonna take another test to be sure, but anyway if i was pregnant id only be a few weeks about 4-5wks should i be showing any symtoms? as im not its just im late and ive been urinating a bit more than usual and ive been getting the odd cramp in my stomach not painful or anything....??

at 5 wks i had fatigue, bloating, diarrhoe and frequent urination. then at about 8 or 9 weeks i got tender boobs and then it went away. i've had morning sickness and vomitting since week 6. am now 10 weeks along and just have vomitting, fatigue and hunggry all the time.

i would definetly say to retest again in a few days when you first wake up in the morning. hope this is a happy time for you!

yea, I had bloating from the beginning with both my pregnancies, But my test took 1-2 weeks to darken up real nice. The only way I knew I was preggo was a digital said Pregnant, because the tests I took after were VERY faint.

thanks your comments are a great help, I have been getting slight cramps like when your getting your period i got them again last night when i was trying to go to sleep there only slight twinges though so i cant make my mind up if im just looking for stuff or if its really happening! as i say im not getting morning sickness or sore boobs or anything like that and ive read there early signs??? but i am going to get another test when i can because im at work all day today and then im busy after work so its going to drive me mad! i keep looking at the test ive already done at the very very faint line checking i can actually see a line or not lol but there is one as faint as it maybe... but then i do realise it could just be an evap line but then it did show between 5-10mins and the test said a positive could show anywhere between 5-30mins! so who knows i will keep you posted though anymore comments are muchly welcomed thanks!

When I was between 4-5 weeks pregnant I had what I thought were period cramps.  It turned out it was actually my uterus growing.  :)  I didn't start urinating more until I was 8 weeks along and way more at 11 weeks LOL.  When I tested, it was an immediate 2 lines.  Literally the pee hit the stick and BAM! 2 lines.  Test again in the morning.  Good luck!

That should be all of the symptoms that you are getting right now. I would definitely get a digital in a few days and test with your first morning urine. Good luck!
