I'm so angry that anytime people find out I'm 19 and on baby number 4 they always say that's nothing to be proud if and I need to learn to keep my legs closed. I been married 4 years. All kids have the same dad. I finished school and went onto college as did my husband. We both work and go to school. We pay for our own house and our own cars. We don't have people that help us. We prefer to do it ourselves as we made the decision to have kids young. We take good care of our kids. We dont get assisstance from the state. They never go without anything. We have an amazing marriage and love our big family. So please don't bash me. Telling me to keep my legs closed. We have a perfectly fine life. Our kids are happy and healthy. As are my husband and I. If all you want to do is bash me for being a teen mom then skip my questions I post on here.

Wow, that's amazing to hear. Congrats to you & your husband for your accomplishments. I don't understand why people look down on you if they should be proud of you because you & your husband have worked really hard. There's girls who are pregnant & haven't even finished high school. I respect you & your husband, you guys are good parents.

Ignore them!!! My Mom and Dad had 6 kids by the time my mom was 26 and there is an 11 year difference between me and my oldest sister. We are all less messed up than most people I know and my parents are still together!

I know how it feels like to have people judge you, as for my opinion it doesnt matter if you had kids at such young age all that matters is you are able to care for them and provide them with all that they need, there are older women who had kids and cant even feed them. And with all that you are still pursuing your education and that is amazing. Dont mind whoever judges you cuase nobody life is perfect.

If the person who's being judgemental towards you is not paying your bills or taking care of your kids screw them people will always judge mainly because they not happy within themselves.... The judged Jesus and look at what all he has done so dont even let the negativity bother you

Lol Same here. We thought it would take a while but literally got pregnant on the due date that I thought I would. First try. It's much easier for him to be snipped though. He just walls onto an office and you would actually have to go under general anesthesia.  Pluss the recovery is horrible and with three young children it would be very difficult.

Ignore epeople. I say the more oiler to you. If you are married and with the guy you want to spend your life with why wouldn't you. Your taking care of them and giving them a good example by you both furthering your education. People think I'm weird because I married My husband at 17. No children at that point we just wanted to be with eachother. I'm almost done with nursing school, have a great 4 yo, and our second on the way. My husband has a job making more than enough. Don't let others make you feel bad. Also being married sex kind of comes with the territory.

You can do it. Some days are more difficult than others but it'll get easier. I'm nervous about #4 but my hubby couldn't be more excited.

To me age doesnt matter its maturity that count ppl that bash on you probably dont have the maturity to stay out of your business but way to stand up for you self and hope i can hand teen pregnancy as well as you (18 and 9 weeks pregnant

Honey people look down on ALL young girls who are pregnant, doesn't matter if your married or not, that's the way people were socialized, i think is sad there is so much judgment especially on something as beautiful as pregnancy, but that's the way it its:  i get dirty looks if i go somewhere without my husband, I'm 21 weeks and to swollen for my wedding ring, so i Get dirty looks. If I'm with my husband i don't though.
I get inappropriate questions but not regarding my age, stuff like
Are you dialating yet? Are you gonna beast feed? Are you carrying twins? That better be a boy, we don't want a girl, its very annoying and disturbing

Thanks it just makes me feel like no matter what I do people will always view me as a hoe. It just upsets me cause we've worked so hard to not be the teen parents who lived off family. I know I shouldn't let it bother me but I'm just like really people??

Live your life, forget what people say! Teens your age are rare & don't have the same fathers for their children & stuck with nothing but assistance. So be proud you doing it how you want & the right way!
