animals twords baby?

I have a yorkie who's 6 years old I am now 33 weeks pregnant and ever sense I got pregnant my yorkie has been acting up! Litterly pooping every where peeing on my bed and she has NEVER done this. Me and my husband have tried spending time with just her loving on her for hours at a time but I'm worried once my little girl comes she won't like the baby and will continue this behavior. Should I be worried and any suggestions ?

I know my dog is gonna really act up when my baby comes, because right now she is my baby and she loves it so once my baby is home there's gonna be some problems

She will probably be jealous for a bit after the baby comes. But one thing I've been told to do is before you bring the baby home have someone take a onsie the baby wore and let the dog smell it so it gets to know the scent before the baby comes home
