Two weeks after your period counts.  Conception date is 2 years after your period so when you are 5 weeks the baby is really 3 weeks old. Congratulations!

The test shows weeks since ovulation, not weeks since LMP. It gave you an accurate result, it's just not the gestational age that we're used to seeing.

That was the same day that my last period was as well. With those pregnancy test that have the weeks on them. You are suppose to add 1-2 weeks. Im 5 weeks and 5 days. Due beginning of September. Congrats!

When I took the clear blue it told me I was 2-3 weeks but I was 5 weeks. It all goes on your levels so I would go to the doctors & get an ultrasound to be sure of the date. Good luck! Also I had two periods (one month) & I was pregnant, so your last menstrol cycle isn't always a correct way of knowing how far along you are. But congratulations!

You would be about 5 weeks. Your hcg levels may be a little low. Your symptoms sound normal.

If it gives you a positive, you're pregnant. Congratulations!
