The nuggets are okay, but the boca nuggets are better tasting. The chik*n strips (they're like grilled chik*n) are amazing, my partner eats them on his own all the time. Omnivore approved :-)

Thx ladies I tried boost yesterday lol and I threw it up in front of my customers at work maybe it was a bad day ..I saw those morning star nuggets are they good I'm so scared lol I hate puking
Also soy, as in tofu, edamame, stir fry, etc. Try a Thai restaurant or recipes. My Japanese friend buys the firm kind and slices it, then stir fries it with vegetables and teriaki sauce and serves it over rice. What a delicious meal.
I'm vegan - I eat a lot of tofu, black beans & rice (and they are a complete amino chain), lentils, spinach, eating right with omega 3s pasta, multigrain bread, cashews, tempeh, morning star chik*n strips (are delicious & have protein), hummus, etc.
Protein... beans, peanut butter, nuts , ensure shakes, carnation instant.breakfasts.
Im having that issue too! I cant eat any meat it makes me sick. Im 19 weeks Nd havnt gained weight...you can try peanut butter. Also my dr has me drinking those boost/ ensure nutrition shakes .you could try that!
