are these problems to deal with or report?

Im 20, this is my first pregnancy, Im at 11wks, I have certain symptoms that idk if normal or not.

-Random heart misbeats. Like, a few times a day, my heart just suddenly beats funny for a couple seconds, its strong, as if it skipped a beat.

-persistent lower back pain, in the right kidney region.

-constant headaches everyday, theyre bad enough to where I can hear the headaches pounding in my head

-major dizziness, I cant even stand up long enough to do the dishes without needing to sit down

-random occurrences throughout the day where I get a shortness of breath

-no weight gain

Make sure that you are drinking about a gallon of water a day at least. This will make a major difference for your baby and the way you feel. Unfortunately most of those symptoms can just be apart of the first trimester but I'd still bring it all up with your OB.

I would report the heart thing and the kidney pain. I had both of those and the dizziness. You could have a uti and not even know it.

The dizziness and shortness of breath are normal that early in pregnancy but I would tell your doctor about the heart palpitations and headaches. Do you drink enough water? Being dehydrated can cause pain in the kidneys and headaches. You probably won't gain weight this early, in a few weeks time you will. Just try to eat healthy and get the extra calories you need for the baby.
