Hi ladies, what is the average weight gain for 16 weeks?

Thx ladies I've gained 9 and thought it was pretty excessive but I'm carrying all in my breast so far

On average they say 5-7 pounds for the first 13 weeks. 10-14 for 14-27 weeks. So on average maybe 8-9 pounds for 16 weeks. But you'd have to be completely average for that to apply to you. It really depends on your particular situation. If your doctor says you're okay, then you shouldn't worry.

Thats a really hard question to answer honestly.  Just because it technically depends on your bmi and all that.  But if your ob is satisfied with your weight gain (or in my case, loss lol), then you are fine :-).
