Im 10 weeks and havent taken any prenatal vitamins bc i havent been to an obg yet just the hospital is that bad should i go get over the counter ?

You should start taking them as soon as poss, folic acid is really important in the first 12 weeks for spine devepment

Over the counterworks just as well....I would start them as soon as possible.

I suggest going and getting some, the baby needs folic acid for brain and nerve development.
I've been to the Dr and still use the over the counter one, it's cheaper and made me less sick.
Don't get gummy ones though, they don't have iron
