3D Ultrasound disappointment.

So, not really a question. Just really disappointed, so I went to my 3D ultrasound today hoping to get a guess on bubbas gender, and baby had rolled over so all we could see was it's back, and bubby had the cord inbetween their legs.. The woman said she thinks it's a girl, as she couldn't see testicals which she said she should have seen but they could've been hiding. So I'm possibly team pink. Which would be awesome but they weren't confident enough to make me get excited yet. At least I got to see bubs again, hear the heart beat again. And I get a return appointment next week, but I'm still really sad..

Aha yeah, she said I was a but early, I am but still. She said I should drink 8 glasses of water a day for the next week to increase the fluid, and drink a coke just before the scan to get bubby moving. I'm 16weeks+4days, but on my repeat I'll be 17weeks+6days, so hopefully I will know for sure then. I really hope it's a girl, but I really thought it was a boy.

I had the EXACT thing happen to me lol
Very frustrating, I know. But 2nd appt later and it's definitely a girl. I had a big dinner and drink about 30 mins beforehand and that got her wriggling around.
Goodluck for next time x
