hi im 19+5 nd im currently having really bad cramps on my right side.. wut is this? Has anyone else experienced this? Its not enough to make me cry but i have to bend down nd stop walking so they dnt get worse.. then they pass but it comes back again.

Also your baby might be on your side put pressure on your side with your hand and try to move him/ her that helped me as well

I had the same thing when i was 19 weeks I went to the doctor for it and he told me its the muscle on your side pulling. You need to take it easy because my doctor told me it can tare when it's pulling like that. For pain relief take warm bath and Tylenol a few times today and tomorrow
