baby heart beat confused

I put the doppler on the left side and heard the heart beat and on the right side and heard it to . im 14 weeks and this has never happned i know im not having twins

Yeah my midwife would put the doppler to one side and listen then would move it to the other side to listen, it's the echo, and I was definitely only having one x

One is probably yours lol i did the same thing and realized that the bubs heartbeat would move real quick cuz hevwould swim away and the one i got on the other side didnt move and that was mine

The babies sounds like fast horse thumps ours is much slower, also you can get a "pouch" it's just an echo of the babies

It can be a echo of the actual heartbeat and sometimes you can pick up your own. Be sure you read up on how to tell the difference and to be sure your getting babys hb not the echo of it.
