baby movement?

I'M 21 weeks and 2 days and I usually feel my son move a lot mostly when I lay down I mean today I haven't layed down much but when I do I don't really feel him!? Is this okay?

Around that week I stopped feeling my son for a few days and thats when things in my body were really moving around for the baby to grow. But any feeling of movement at all means everything is okay.
Try laying flat on your back and poking around or put something cold on your belly and he'll probably start kicking at it

Yup. Totally normal. Their movements don't become regular till like 30ish weeks. If you dont feel him in the next day or two call your dr or midwife. . You can also try drinking orange juice or ice water then laying down. Orange juice always makes my son move :)

Yeah your baby is still super small so depending on where he is today you may not feel anything. Its normal. That's why you don't start counting movements until 27-28 weeks
