Im 31+2 weeks and I went to see my midwife today, and she said my little girl is head down and looks to be weighing 5.1 lbs from my measurements. I mentioned watery discharge to her and my lower back pains but she said to mention it at my scan.
Does this mean anything (like early baby ) or not?

I'm 32+4 and ad of Monday my little girl was head down weighing in around 4lbs 7oz I've been asi having watery discharge with lower back pain. Last Thursday my fluids were low and Monday they were back up again

She may have let you know to mention the watery discharge incase it was an amniotic fluid leak, they can check that accurately via u/s, but watery discharge is common in late pregnancy, especially the last trimester. It all sounds like pretty normal pregnancy symptoms, especially head down and back pain for the last trimester.
