babys heartbeat too fast yesterday..

Hi I saw my midwife yesterday and she listened to my babys heartbeat and she said it was fast and then it calmed down and sped up again. She decided to get me off the couch/bed and she took my bloods and then got me back up on the couch/bed to see if the babys heartbeat had slowed down but it hadn't and it was 177bpm! So I got sent to the hospital to be put on a machine that monitors babys heartbeat and it was still higher then normal but they were happy to send me home. But now everytime i eat something i feel sick off it. Does anyone think the two could be related?

When babies are moving their heartrate goes up then drops when they are less active...I'm sure your baby is fine...my daughter has been moving so much lately that whenever I eat I feel so sick....I'm 34 weeks :)...also having a girl

A babies heart rate can range from 120-190 and be perfectly fine.  How far along are you.  The nausea after eating more than likely is not related to the babies heart rate but im not a doctor so i cant say for sure.

177 is normal, anything between 120-180 is normal.
