He's Here!!!
My little boy Brody made his way into the world at 9:02 this morning weighing 8lbs 3oz. 19 inches long. I came to be induced at 5 yesterday but they didn't put me on cervidil until 10:30 last night. They checked me at 7:45
this morning and I was 4 cm. They started the pitocion and I asked for an epidural. 8: 30 came around and she checked me again right before the epidural and I was at 9cm. I told the nurse.I still wanted the epidural so they got me ready to put it in but it was to late, he was already crowning and my doctor couldn't get here fast enough. I was screaming in pain and had a random doctor deliver my son. It was a crazy but amazing experience and I'm so happy. I would do it all over if I had too. I'm so lucky to have had such a short labor and amazing medical staff by side. They were so kind and understanding the whole time <3
