back pain! horrible!

I'm experiencing horrible upper back pain. I can't sleep,  I just want to cry. I'm 26 weeks. I spent the last two nights in hospital with pain in my abdomen and lower back (sciatica) and I don't really want to go back. But right now I just want to cry.  I took a tylenol earlier in the night and it didn't help at all.

I think is heartburn now.  It's radiating down my left arm, and it still hurts

I feel your pain. ...literally.  ive been up all night! Its 2:50am where i live. Haven't slept for 1 min tonight. There really isn't anything the hospital can do for you. Just do something to take your mind off of the pain.  ie. Read a book, watch tv, play a game on your phone, and try to relax

Maybe take a hot bath and after have someone rub your back. I would use this mexican ointment thats like icy hot and it would make me feel amazing after.
